Customers have up to 30 days from the delivery date to inspect, test, and evaluate the equipment under normal operating conditions. If a major mechanical or functional issue is discovered that was not disclosed prior to sale and was not reasonably visible at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported to INTERSTATE MACHINERY within 30 days of delivery

  • The equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as received

  • The issue must not be caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a refundable issue

Once a claim is submitted, our team will review the concern, including documentation and inspection details if needed. If approved, we will work with you to arrange the return and determine the appropriate refund or resolution.
